Signature Health is a Pelvic Floor and Pain Clinic founded by Naturopathic Osteopath Ariana Torti. We specialise in non-invasive, evidence-based treatments that improve quality of life – particularly for people who have been managing symptoms for years without finding a solution that works.

About Ariana
Ariana Torti, M.Ost, D.O, N.D, is a highly-qualified Naturopathic Osteopath holding a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences (Osteopathic Medicine) from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London – one of the world’s leading osteopathic institutions. Her post-graduate studies have focused on Functional Medicine and Nutrient Therapy.
She takes an integrative, personalised, whole-person approach to health. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, she works to understand and address the root cause of a condition, combining manual therapy, advanced technology, nutritional support and functional medicine into a tailored plan for each patient.
Having experienced chronic pain herself, Ariana brings both clinical expertise and genuine personal understanding to her practice. She is bilingual, offering consultations in English and French, and is known for making patients, particularly those dealing with sensitive or long-standing conditions, feel genuinely at ease.
Ariana invested in the BetterPelvi chair because she recognised the gap between what traditional pelvic floor advice offers and what patients actually need to stay compliant and enjoy the positive outcomes of a stronger pelvic floor. She wanted to be able to offer something that works properly, measurably, and without invasive procedures.

Our clinic team supervises BetterPelvi sessions and supports patients throughout their treatment protocols.
The team has in-depth working knowledge of BetterPelvi, including through personal experience of the treatment. Ariana maintains clinical oversight of all patient treatments and is available for queries or reassessment if needed.
